Shipping policy

  • Shipping Policy
    • Free standard shipping on all orders to the lower 48 states.  Upgraded shipping is available for an additional fee. 
    • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (not including postal holidays) during normal business hours
    • Orders are generally shipped the same day or next day.
    • Large orders requiring Freight, must include a phone number.  You will be responsible for unloading from the the truck.  If liftgate is need, please contact us as it can be added for an additional $100
    • Tracking is sent to the email associated with the order.
    • A signature is required for orders $750+ and will be noted on tracking.
    • Transit times vary due to the location and shipping method chosen and generally vary from 1-5 business days.
